These Terms govern purchases of CRD’s programs, courses, communities, and related digital products (“Services”). By purchasing or accessing any Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any offer-specific terms presented at checkout.
1) Definitions
- Services: Access to online courses, communities, events, and related materials.
- Course Materials: Videos, PDFs, worksheets, recordings, and any downloadable or streamed content.
- Community: Any chat/forums/live sessions run by CRD.
- Website: https://www.realdialogue.com (and related subdomains).
- You: The individual purchaser.
2) What We Provide (and what we don’t)
We provide educational programs and community experiences delivered online; we will use reasonable care and skill. CRD’s offerings are educational and not medical, mental health, or legal services. Participation does not establish a therapist–patient or clinician–client relationship, and nothing here is a substitute for professional care.
Disclaimer: Educational Services vs. Professional Therapy
The Immersion Program / This Platform provides educational resources and programs to help users develop general relationship and communication skills and improve their understanding of healthy interpersonal dynamics. Our services are strictly educational and are not a substitute for professional mental health care.
- No Therapy Provided: Our programs, materials, and interactions are designed for informational purposes only. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or therapy. The information shared within our programs does not create a therapist-client or any other professional health care relationship.
- Limitations of Information: The content provided is general in nature and may not apply to your specific personal circumstances. Relationship dynamics are complex, and individual situations require personalized attention that we are not equipped to provide.
- User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for how you choose to utilize the information provided. We encourage you to use your discretion and judgment when applying any skills or concepts learned.
- Seek Professional Help: If you are experiencing a crisis, a mental health issue, domestic violence, or if you feel you need professional therapy or counseling, please seek the services of a qualified mental health professional or relevant support organization immediately. Our service is not intended for use in emergencies or crises.
- No Guarantees: We make no guarantees regarding the outcome of using our services. Your success in applying these skills will depend on various personal factors, including your commitment, effort, and individual circumstances.
By using our website and enrolling in our programs, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer and agree to these terms.
3) Ordering & Access
Your order is an offer to purchase under these Terms. A binding agreement forms when (a) we confirm by email and (b) your payment is received. If a purchase includes multiple components, each component may be accepted separately.
4) Cancellations & Refunds
30-Day Satisfaction Window. For eligible products, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase or within 30 days of first module release (whichever is later). Some live events, intensives, or third-party ticketed items may have different terms shown at checkout. To request: email support@realdialogue.com with your order details.
5) Fees, Taxes & Payment
Prices are in USD and shown at checkout (taxes where applicable). Payments are processed by Stripe (and may include Apple/Google Pay). You are responsible for any bank/foreign exchange fees.
Payment Plans
If you choose installments:
- You agree to pay all installments in full on the schedule shown at checkout.
- If a scheduled payment fails, we allow a 7-day grace period to update payment.
- If not resolved, the full outstanding balance may become immediately due and access may be paused or revoked without refund of amounts already paid.
- Chargebacks or disputed payments may result in suspension of access.
6) Community Conduct
To keep spaces safe and useful: no harassment; no hate speech; no spamming or unsolicited promotion/DMs. Limited self-promotion is allowed only in clearly designated areas (if any) or with prior written approval. We may moderate, mute, or remove access for violations without refund.
7) Intellectual Property & License
Ownership.
- Polly Young-Eisendrath retains ownership of her original intellectual property and therapeutic frameworks.
- CRD owns the program/course materials, recordings, and digital deliverables produced for the Services.
- Alex Widas co-owns the Wise Love brand elements, website design/system, and core product architecture developed for this platform, and licenses them to CRD for program delivery.
- Trademarks, logos, and brand assets remain the property of their respective owners.
Your license. Upon purchase, CRD grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Course Materials for your own learning. You may not share, redistribute, record, re-upload, sell, or create derivative works from the materials without prior written permission.
8) Health, Ethics & Scope
Services are for personal/professional education. We do not guarantee outcomes. If you experience distress, seek appropriate professional support. By participating, you agree you are able to engage in these activities safely and are responsible for your choices.
9) Promotions, Affiliates & FTC Disclosures
From time to time we may provide affiliate links, coupons, or paid partnerships. Any material connection will be clearly disclosed (e.g., “paid partnership,” “I received free access,” “#ad”). Influencers/collaborators must comply with applicable advertising laws and platform rules.
10) Third-Party Platforms & Tools
We use reputable providers to deliver Services (e.g., Stripe for payments; HubSpot for forms/email; Manychat for messaging; Kajabi/Mux for course delivery; Sanity CMS). Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies.
11) Changes, Availability & Force Majeure
We may update curricula, schedules, or features to improve the experience, and may reschedule for reasons outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., internet outages, platform incidents, illness, emergencies).
12) Privacy
We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (linked on the site). By using our Services you consent to that processing.
13) Disclaimers & Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRD disclaims implied warranties and limits total liability to the amount you paid for the affected Service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss. Nothing limits liability where prohibited by law.
14) Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, USA, and disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Vermont, unless otherwise required by consumer law.

16) Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above reflects the latest version; material changes will be communicated via the Website or email.
By purchasing or accessing a Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. This document is an operational template and not legal advice; consider review by counsel for your jurisdiction and nonprofit status.
